We travel and set up at sales shows frequently
at which time our storefront is closed. Please call ahead before
you come to verify we are open.

Shop hours are Tuesday through Friday 12 pm - 6 pm and Saturdays
10 am - 2 pm, Eastern time. On most days we are here before and
after hours and will still answer calls. Since we travel to sales
events frequently, please call ahead to verify we are open.

can now order directly from our secure online store.
Backorders - We will backorder
items. Please indicate if this is acceptable on your order form.
Credit, if less than $5.00, or refund will be issued for out of
stock items with a questionable availability.
Outside the Continental US Prepayment or credit card only. Postage
is at cost plus a $2.00 handling fee.

Invalid cards are charged a $30 retrieval fee and sent to a Collection
Agency if not made good within 15 days. Returned checks are charged
a $30 fee and are sent to a Collection Agency if not paid within
15 days. Returned checks are not resubmitted to the bank

Errors or Increases
Prices are subject to change without notification
due to supplier increases and fluctuations in the exchange rate.
Typographic errors are subject to correction.
Delivery to Alaska or Hawaii is
USPS Priority Mail plus insurance. If UPS is requested, it is billed
at cost.
Please call, write or e-mail if you are not satisfied
in any way with your order.
The following items are not accepted for exchange or
return:
Books, leaflets, single patterns, cut
fabric, lace or lace tape, videos, pillows, bags or sewn items,
special order bobbins or commemoratives
We must be notified in advance of any item being
returned. Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt. Pack
the item securely in a box and return via UPS or USPS with return
receipt only. This assures everyone that the package is received.
Enclose a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return, and
indicate if an exchange or refund is preferred. Shipping
fees are not refundable. A $10.00 restocking fee is applied on each
returned item.
Damages - If your order is delivered
by UPS and received damaged, save all packaging materials and call
UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS. They will inspect and pick up the damaged
items and return them to us, and we will ship new merchandise.
Color cards can be accessed online
(see: Color Cards) for an easy way
to match just the right thread color.
Gift Certificates are available
in any amount and may be prepaid by check or ordered and billed
to a credit card.
